Real Estate Photography

Are you a listing agent or homeowner putting your property on the market? Do you want quality images delivered within hours of the shoot? You’ve come to the right photographer! I apply the same level of care and attention to detail to real estate photography that I apply to all my shoots. I get it right in camera so that I can keep editing time to a minimum and get your images to you faster.

Here are some example images from a single property. These images were delivered the day of the shoot as part of a gallery of proofs and, other than some basic color correction, are essentially unedited. Drone videography/photography also available.

Pricing is of course dependent on the size of the property, the number of rooms, and, to some extent, the distance I have to travel to the property. If you’re a realtor rather than a single property owner I can offer you discounted rates, depending on how many properties you contract me to shoot for you. Drop me a message via the contact form below and we can discuss the details.

Sometimes, it's worth the effort to declutter an image and direct the viewer's attention. The purists will say this is no longer photography. They're right. It isn't. But it looks better a real photograph could. Why? Well, other than how hard it is to get two (especially non-human) subjects to pose together...there's the real issue of being able to safely photograph two horses from 3 feet away if they're not somehow contained. Swipe to see original images that I used for this composite.

Things are looking up!
The end of blue hour is sometimes spectacular.
Houston's architecture is a little underappreciated, I think.

Transformations take effort and time. @waynetsairealty put plenty of both into his transformation. I'm inspired!
